Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations: If you are a part of the Recruit 10 in 10 Challenge monthly mentorship and coaching group and you wish to cancel your membership, simply send an email to support@salesskool.com at least 72 hours before your next billing date and request to cancel your membership. We will process your cancellation before you are billed again.
If your cancellation request is sent to us less than 72 hours before your next billing date, your account will be drafted one more time. You will receive 30 additional days of access to the program before you are removed from the group, but, your account will not be drafted after those 30 days.
All cancellation requests must be sent to support@salesskool.com in order for them to be honored. Cancellation requests sent to any other email addresses or social media accounts will not be honored because there is no guarantee that Cesar or his support team will see those requests.
Refunds and returns: Unless otherwise noted on the individual product, No Sales Skool products, courses, and programs carry with them any type of refund policy for the following reasons.
We believe that our courses over-deliver on a level so high that the only people who would ever think to ask for a refund are the unethical types who would buy this course to extract all the value and ask for a refund, not because they were unsatisfied, but to cheat an integrity based honor system. Yeah, they’re out there.
We know that there are fewer things more frustrating then making a sale, anticipating a certain commission, only to realize later that the person you sold to asked for a refund, therefore stripping away your anticipated commission, especially when you realize the person asked for a refund because they wanted to cheat a fair system.
So to weed the unscrupulous and to ensure that you as an affiliate get paid as fast as possible without having to worry about cancellation-based commission hold periods or charge-backs, we have an all sales are final policy, and we do not issue refunds nor do we we have any type of 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are one of our affiliates, know that this policy ensures that you’ll get paid fast, drama-free, and the commissions you earn will be the commissions you keep.
The products in the Reality Networker Series & Snap Recruiting Series are the only Sales Skool products that carry with them any type of refund policy. On these products we offer a conditional “100% money back satisfaction guarantee” within 30 days. Meaning, if after completing 100% of any of the courses in these series, you’re not satisfied with the content and you don’t believe that the tips, tricks, tactics and techniques if applied have the potential to make you more in commissions over the course of your career then the money you invested in the course, then simply send an email to support@salesskool.com, explain to us why you are unsatisfied with our products and why you didn’t think it was not worth the money you invested. We at Sales Skool Inc, reserve the right to request a one on one conversation, via a phone call or Skype, to determine merit and refund eligibility.
Please note that we do not have a “No questions asked money back guarantee” nor do we have a “I bought your course and don’t have a problem with it, but my money is tight and I now need the money for something else guarantee.” We also Do Not issue refunds to people so that they can purchase again through a particular person’s affiliate link so they can earn different bonuses. If you really want to buy one of our Sales Skool courses in order to get a certain affiliate’s extra bonuses you can however order our product twice and gift a copy to someone else. But please know that neither product will be eligible for a refund. By the same token we also do not swap our people’s orders to be credited to other affiliates after purchasing unless there was an error at our end where an affiliate did not get credit for a sale our system should have entitled them to.
Our refund policy was designed to give assurance to our students that we back up the value of our products and trainings. We want to protect the integrity of our community, protect our affiliates, be able to pay them quickly, and keep them from losing rightfully and ethically earned commissions on our products simply because some choose to ask for refunds for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality and value of our products and courses.
*Our refund policy was not created so that people could take advantage of an integrity based honor system by buying our courses and then asking for refunds afterwards because although they had no issues with our course’s content and the value received for the dollars they invested, they simply are asking for a refund so they can get their money back to spend it on something else. We do not operate that kind of refund policy, and we do retain the right to ask questions about any and all refund requests and we reserve the right to approve or deny them on a case by case basis.
Wanting a refund so that you could spend the money on something else or wanting a refund due to lack of implementation or ambition to implement what you were taught, are not valid reasons to request a refund. For example, someone wanting a refund on our Reality Networker Prospecting Mastery course because after going through it you decided that you don’t want to apply the teachings, prospect anyone and implement what you were taught, is not a valid reason for a refund request and it will be denied.
Also, no affiliate will be granted a refund if they have received or earned affiliate commissions from the product they are wishing to get refunded. Example: You can’t buy Reality Networker Prospecting Mastery, promote it, earn commissions from it, and then ask for a refund.
*Lastly, only The Reality Networker Suite of Products & Snap Recruiting Courses carry with them any of these 30 day refund policies. However, there are times when they do not carry with them any kind of 30 day refund. If there is no mention of a refund policy on the sales page or order page of any Sales Skool courses, then there it does not carry with it a refund. During times of promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or other special promotional times we do not offer refunds on courses purchased unless otherwise advertised on the order pages or sales pages. Immediate YES Formula, Ranger Training, nor any other Sales Skool products have any sort of refund policies and instead carry with them an all sales are final policy.
All Retreats and Coaching Programs such as The Reverse Recruiting Retreat are non-refundable.
Groups
Sales Skool Inc may or may not offer access to it’s private Facebook mastermind support group as an added bonus with the purchase of any of it’s products. Due to the large influx of people requesting access to this group and the cross referencing of names with purchase orders that it required prior to approval, acceptance into this group may take days, weeks, or in a worst case scenario even months.
Membership access to this group is considered an added bonus, not a core component of any course, and access to this group may be revoked at any time without warning or explanation.
The goal of the Sales Skool mastermind group is to create a positive enriching environment where Sales Skool product purchasers otherwise known as “Sales Skool Students” can support and motivate each other in what is commonly referred to as a “pitch-free zone”.
The posting or any personal Sales Skool affiliate links, videos, or links not created by Cesar Rodriguez or Sales Skool Inc, is strictly prohibited and doing so may be grounds for removal from the group. Only non-affiliate links or videos that were created by Cesar Rodriguez or Sales Skool Inc are approved to be posted inside this group.
If you have a video, outside website, or link that leads to an outside page or website you’d like to be post in the Sales Skool group, to be safe we recommend you contact Cesar Rodriguez directly or email support@salesskool.com and ask if it’s okay to post the video, website, or link inside that Sales Skool group before you actually post it.
Please note you do not need to ask permission to post videos, blog posts, or any non-affiliate links that were created by Cesar Rodriguez or come from his other websites as he is the founder of the Sales Skool and the primary administrator of the Sales Skool group.
